Alaska Governor steps down

Sarah Palin today announced she was stepping down from her position as Governor of Alaska. The announcement was a shock to all. She made a statement that lasted about 17 minutes, leaving most to wondering about her reasoning.

Maybe it’s her new book deal said to be in the millions,maybe it’s the pressure, maybe it’s to concentrate on a run for the 2012 presidential race. Whatever the reason, it probably won’t help her political aspirations.
